I'm addicted and need help stopping

Team, over the years, you can see, I've been a very measured guy in the hobby. I don't really visit ladies often, and am somewhat selective.


Beginning of this year, my dad got very sick, and I got depressed, and I found myself seeking out ladies a lot. Fast forward to today, guys I've seen 4 women this week alone. Kat the Redhead, Two different Asian ladies at the ROTO, and Rose the big breasted Puerto Rican in OP.


It's insane. I've shelled out over $1,000 in a week. I used to budget for this shit, and I've just gotten completely out of hand. I am literally celebrating 6-8 days in a row where I don't go out.



WTF is happening? How can I break this cycle?? It's taking all my expendable cash.. I've spent almost $5,000 this year so far...and been with about 20 women so far.. (conservative estimate).



Any advice would be helpful if any of you've been through this or seen it how to fuckin STOP it. At least not doing it so often. Once a month like before would be nice. Hell I used to do this once every 6 months to a year.

That total is not concerning at all.
The money total is not that much at all. And 20 women isn't even one per week.
If it's that concerning for you just stop. Or get a gf or fuck buddy.

I set up a separate bank account and direct deposit what I what to spend in it. I haven’t been completely successful. But, I am also focus primarily on one provider, which seems to help a bit.

MMA, been there done that at different points in life. I do something similar to Kilgore, I set aside money to hobby and when it is gone, I don't even log in here or other platforms. You might want to go cold turkey for a bit to gain some control back and some perspective. Get another hobby started, work out, delve into music, get a guitar - just get your mind off it for a bit. When things got out of hand for me, I did all the things I just suggested and it helped me. Addiction whether it be substance, alcohol, women, food, whatever - sometimes you just need a clean break. Dude do what you want for me i will not see the cheapest provider out there i elect to pay more the higher priced providers usually stay in better places provide a better session and have a better apperance.
You also need to understand they have basically the same living expenses as you do

It seems like you are spending in the 200 to 250 range per encounter. Sounds like 30 min visits with STG girls. Maybe start going the AMP rout? A 60 min massage and bottle of water will be 100 to 110. Of course, maybe nothing more than a HJ, but it might help slow you down.

Another option would be a higher end girlfriend a 90 min to 2 hr date just once a month, but a better overall experience. The higher cost would definitely keep you from going too frequently since it sounds like you are a little limited in expendable cash.
