I generally do not wear lipstick but I do use chap-stick or a reasonable facsimile.

I always put on Carmex, brush my teeth an hour before, use mouthwash, only drink water after that, and chew gum (you might be able to figure out that it's important to me).

It is supposed to be a process, jamming the tongue in the mouth right away is basically saying "I'm a whore that wants to get this over with", or "I don't know what I'm doing", or perhaps "I don't think you know what you're doing.".

It depends on the mood, but even in an aggressive mood it shouldn't just be jamming the tongue in, you have to build up to that somewhat even if your style is to "attack" him.

It also varies somewhat from person to person, how they fit together and how they move.
