2019: CA changes law decriminalizing infecting someone knowing with the HIV virus.
2020: CA declares state emergency when Corona Virus found. One death is too many!

I did not know Kalifornia decriminalized knowingly infecting another person lwith HIV. With or without consent? Any reference article???

They actually did it much longer ago than 2019.

Not clear to me if the law extends to those who transmit to informed partners, v partners kept in ignorance of a positive HIV status.

It was my understanding the level of offense was reduced to a misdemeanor.

The article posted has a headline that reads:

That's not "decriminalizing," although IMO it's wrong....even if HoseHummer's partner did it.
