Not real new. But, not a lot of good reports either. Read the reviews. There are a few of them.

I went months ago. Got a great looking gal, who wrapped me up like a burrito, uncovering only the body part she was working. And, she never got to the part that needed the most work. I've not heard any news of her since. So, I don't know if she's still there. (But, I doubt I'd go if she is.)

I am pretty happy with the service.it was 80+tip as you mention, but the massage was done by LMT and the ambience is very different from the chinese subamps, more relaxing, more like at the big international hotel spas as how clean it felt. I was also pretty happy with the nice very slow ending, in addition.
