The Official 30 Day Give A 30% Tip Challenge
Right here and right now it's the first ever semi-annual 30 day 30 % Tip Off Challenge. Hosted by your boy...yours truly...It's about dam time someone suggested a challenge that's monetarily generous to the providers. I'd like to encourage you fellas to participate. Whatever her rate is currently add 30% to it. Guaranteed your sessions will be extra saucy.;-)
Some of you may already tip... some of you may not I think this is a good way to ingratiate yourselves to your faves whilst spuring economic goodwill amongst your community... and if you wanna give more than 30% then by all means. I encourage it. I'm pretty sure if you participate (I'd like it to be semi-annual) your fave provider will reward you generously and enthusiastically.
5..4..3..2..1 Go.
Peace and Love

You know I foooking got mad respect for you Sisto and agree with most things you say but I have to respectfully say I'm never doing this. At 200-300, I'm not putting an extra 60-90 on an already generous wage. I'm sorry. What I always do is put 30 percent on the waitresses, waiters, bartenders, nail techs and just about any other service provider who doesn't charge 2-300 an hour. That's just me though. Everyone else of course does as they see fit. Always respect. Shine Da Great.

good point.
so in the hobby, 120 hh is considered a steal, right? what i want to know is, how many dudes on here bill (collectibles, not bs accounts receivables worth 30 cents or less on the dollar) or generate 120 hh or more? i'm sure there are some, but not that many. i know i don't, unless you do some weird math for some of my really short or cancelled appointments for which I still get paid my minimum fee.
if i did regular rate plus 30%, I would have to reduce session frequency by 30% as well, so fewer gals would end up with more money. my philosophy is, spread the wealth around..

I only check out the Houston board when I am working in Houston. I haven't worked here in a while until recently. I must say, the three stooges and TJ have definitely turned coed into quite the shit show here.
The 3 stooges are going to do what they do (all 3 clowns have already posted in this thread). Texas Jess is just as big of a troll so she will do what she does. Why you guys pay any of these fools any attention is beyond me... just ignore them and they will go away. Or just let those idiots talk to each other and they'll get bored with their mutual stupidity.
Just my 2 cents, but if any of you 4 dipshits have anything to say that I find remotely interesting (highly doubtful), I may respond.
And yes, this post will definitely be worth the insult points awarded to me regarding the 4 post whore retards

Do you 3 clowns ever stop with nonsense? Did you goofballs hit 6th grade and that is when you guys decided you were adults and there was no more need for any further maturation in your life?

Simple answer in my logical Ivy League opinion - I'm salaried plus bonus, (I don't get paid by the hour.) I have a pension, I have a 401k Plan, an employee stock option Plan and 40 PTO days/year and I have unlimited sick days so basically I can do whatever the fuck I want when I want to and my compensation is the exact same regardless. Providers don't have that same luxury. Is that hard for you to understand why it's stupid to compare my annual compensation to a hooker genius?
I literally can't even break down what I make an hour because I get paid no matter whether I am working or on 40 PTO days or an additional 25 days that I have for flexible holiday pay, or whether I make up some bullshit sick days for time off.
It's great to be a boss
Edit: I never brought up any of my Ivy League degrees in my previous post. I did many months ago in this forum while I will admit that I was being an arrogant prick. That's called an insecure you problem because you still remember that shit. Get over it clown.

and how much do you think the majority of providers pay in taxes? furthermore, providers get free meals often paid for on the clock, free trips/travel usually with a big bonus, free entertainment with a big $ bonus, and flexible schedules. suddenly providers' perks start looking not so bad compared to a salaried manager's perks, especially if he's pulling 60 hours a week, as salaried managers often do, and she's generating 300/hr in her sessions.
it's easy to turn a salaried position into a hourly wage equivalent. add up the economic value of all your salaried income plus perks per month, divide by 4, and divide by the average number of hours worked per week, including vacation and paid sick days.
maybe providers aren't in such a bad place compared to salaried managers after all.
btw, thanks for addressing me directly. i never hide behind group anything.

I honestly don't give a shit what providers pay in taxes and neither should you. It's none of your or my business. If they want to take a risk and not declare income, how is that any of my business? Leave that shit up to the IRS to figure out if that's the case.
And if you are referring to me as a "salaried manager", I'm quite a bit higher on the corporate bitch food chain lol.
And why the fuck are you worrying about what providers make? You are more than free to sell your pussy too
Worry about what you make. Don't worry about how much money other people make that does not concern you.
