Professional photos (are they really her?), attempts at literate ad text, unusual background - Finnish, Macedonian, Morrocan (you'd have to be really creative to make this up!) - all make me think she is real but VERY expensive
Hope someone takes the plunge and reports back

There's a website link in the ad. It lists rates starting at $550/hr, add $100 for outcall.

It may or may not mean anything, but nothing on the website indicates that she's available in Pittsburgh...

If you look at the bottom, (possibly a recent uptdate) it lists towns in Pittsburgh that she's available for outcall, Bloomfield and a few others.
