Crime occurs in Chicago, so Obama is at fault? Even though he was never in control of Chicago - either as Chicago mayor or as Illinois governor?

Chicago isn't Obama's hometown. Obama was born in Hawaii, I guess. But he ended up in Chicago touted a Law Degree went to work for the Organization ACORN as a community organizer and legal adviser. Later became an Illinois State Sen. He blended right in with the Political climate of Chicago one of the most corrupt political cities in America right up there with New Orleans, La. I still have ties in Illinois and they only remember Obama vaguely. Crime in Chicago has always been high. It's one of the most violent cities in America. When Daley was Mayor during the 68 Democratic Convention he specifically instructed the Chicago Police to manage any unruly demonstrators to any means they felt fit without restraint, and they did. That's Chicago.
