Well, his idol did search peoples houses. But the reality is, he'll never hit 1M before he starts impacting the big dollar business people and "he'll have a change of heart". Or, inflation will spiral out of control, people will be angry, he'll claim there's someone/something else to blame and fools will believe him and then we'll continue imploding as a country.


Maybe go back and look at the playbook used by his idol when a certain country was suffering after WWI

I would have phrased it far differently but agree with 69 that he won't get anywhere close to 10 million. One million might be a good estimate.

He will however most likely slow the flow of illegal immigrants and economic refugees a lot. I read somewhere that 3,000 people had gathered in Guatemala, to travel together to the land of the free and the home of the brave. Over half decided to go home when they heard Trump had been elected.

I'm uncomfortable with some of rhetoric.

Reality is that he will first go after the criminals that are here illegally. Once illegals see he means business there will be some smart enough to leave the U.S. before they get caught and then they could come back legally some day.

My father's family put his name in for a visa in the same year he was born. He emigrated to the USA when he was 17, lived with an Uncle who co-signed for him, and he became a citizen when he turned 21, which was the age of majority in 1939. So, it took my father most of his pre-adult life to come here.

Not that long. Cut off all the benefits, cut off the jobs by throwing 1-2 CEOs in prison for hiring illegals, and that will lead most to remove themselves. The venezuealan gangs will take longer.. but we can eliminate them without feeling too bad about it.

I'm guessing the outflow is going to pick up speed pretty quick once they see that the government actually is going to enforce the laws.
