I have had two of my reviews rejected because of so-called missing contact info. I provided the correct address and the name of the spa but did not include the phone number. A lot of spas don't advertise nor do they offer phone numbers because they are walk-in. What's the problem as long as a name and a physical address is given? I wasn't given the option to edit my reviews and include phone numbers after they were rejected by review moderators. Are the review moderators getting anal retentive about including all contact info? Why take the time to write lengthy reviews only to have them rejected by moderators that don't know much about spas?
