It is a Financial Domination thing and if you're not into that then you won't really understand the appeal. I've personally not done Findom blackmail but the basics are the lady gets the guy to give up personal information like his full name, address, workplace, personal phone number, spouse's phone number and email address etc.

Then the Findomme lady gets the guy to do things online or in person that are potentially very embarrassing if disclosed to others. If online this done during private sessions on web cam either through Skype or one of the cam sites. The lady takes pictures and even records the video of the guy doing stuff. What he does is going depend on what the Findom and guy are into and any negotiated boundaries. Some examples would be cross dressing, sucking a dildo, anal play with plugs & dildos, self punishment with paddle, whip flogger, just all sorts of things are possible. Some Findommes will do stuff in person but you can add in things that will incorporate her actions like pegging, boot licking, ass worship, maybe she'll bring in another guy and do "forced bi".

After the Findomme gets material on the guy she will "threaten" to disclose this stuff in some manner. That disclosure can range from pictures, video and private information being posted on the Findomme's social media to straight calling or sending stuff to the guy's wife. It really just depends on how "deep" into it they get. A lot of times at least with the cam models I've seen do this the guy has an opportunity to stop the disclosure if he pays a "tribute" to the Findomme.

A lot of Findommes have blackmail contracts that sorta spell out what is going to happen that the guy has to agree to before she will play with him. That way she is at least sorta protecting herself legally. But there are some, especially if they are not based in North America who are willing to get pretty ruthless to get what they want out of a guy. I've seen some Russian Findomme cam models get pretty nasty. Russia does not extradite its citizens so the worst that can happen is they get kicked off the cam site and have their social media sites shut down.
