Hustler Mag Founder Larry Flynt Dies

Larry Flynt died Wed., he was 78. He was the founder & publisher of Hustler Mag, my favorite mag of the day. I guess I liked his limit pushing style. He was the 1st adult mag to have an interracial photo spread. Good articles (yes I read them), funny cartoons (Chester the Molester), and an amateur pic section. RIP

I always liked Hustler. Especially when I was young and didn't know anything.

Larry was a liberal who fought for 1st amendment rights but turned his magazine into 1/2 porn 1/2 political. He'd just bash republicans and it was lame.
Now I bet he was ok with conservatives being censored on facebook and twitter. So much for free speech and the 1st amendment............

Larry was on the forefront of the cancel culture. he was for free speech for thee, not for tho.

he was canceling people before any prog libs did. he certainly did push the envelope on how far he can go.

he was ahead of his time.

I remember when I was on a government sponsored working/sexcation gig in the far East back in the late 70s, that the Commanding General of the 2nd Inf. Div. in S.Korea had Hustler Mag. banned. To the point of having the unit battalion postal clerks pull and trash all Hustlers that were coming into the Division. The reason?? Hustler had named him the 'Asshole of the Month for his sexual morality policy. Which was behind the times then. When he was replaced, the new Div. Cmdr. Too one look at this policy and filed it in File # 13'. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief. Or so Im told.

I am surprised no lady has come forward claiming to be victimized by Hustler Publications. "Larry made me get naked and took pictures of me in compromising positions." Didn't a porn star tried to Me Too the industry a few years ago? Ridiculous.

One of my brothers in Vegas dealt to him occassionally. Thought he was an abusive asshole.

My step daughter worked at one of his stores. She sent me a pic of him from a few months back. He already looked dead.
