This story is breaking...in an off-mic comment Obama tells Soviet President Medvedev he (Obama) needs more time before he (presumably) concedes our defensive weapon superiority to Russian interest.........telling Medvedev, after November elections, his actions won't be restrained........

timmyboy; my post doesn't mention "nuclear" weapons..it says defensive weapons....the comment was regarding our defenisve missle shield program !

This theory has already been advanced a couple of years ago. Today Obama is restrained by the need to get reelected. If he is reelected then there is nothing to stop him except the Congress, the SCOTUS, and the Constitution. We know how that has worked out so far. Obama recognizes that after a reelection he can truly become a dictator.


I had another thought; Obama asks the Russians to back off until after the election and he will

A) do something to them really bad
B) obstruct their plans
C) do something really good for them
D) do something to the US that they will appreciate

Do you think he would ask them to back off if he was going to do something not in their best interest? Would they be considering it? Some of you will hyperventilate but we are talking about the President of the United States and not some community organizer.
