Proof of Age?
For the first time, I walked away from a session before it started due to a concern about the provider's age. She could not (or would not) produce ID showing proof of age so I politely walked away before anything had started. Thinking about it for past 24 hours, it occurs to me that this risk is a real one. How do other's manage this issue? If the provider looks under 21, do you ask to see ID? I imagine that most providers would refuse (since it would reveal their "real name" and general security reasons) and others would grumble, become suspicious which can kill the mood... Other than "see providers who are over 25" is there any advice on how circumnavigate this age issue? I have lost count of the providers who admitted that they started working while still in HS, so the issue is a real one.

In todays day and age, politely ask for proof of age; have her cover her name, address, or whatever and just have her show you the birthdate...
Something set off your gut instinct; it is always best to go with the gut, and having her refuse to show you would re-inforce that with me...
Better to pass on a gut instinct than to hear a knock on the door and show up on the 6 o'clock news...

That's a good question,no answer. I once answered an ad for 19 yr old. Got there and she had girl cousin with her. Cousin looked about 16. Little head was doing the thinking,or lack of,so I did it. Cousin on other bed still in room. Next day all ads are deleted. Oh shit !!!! So now I'm at home waiting on LE to show up. A month later ads show up again,so I go see again. Turns out 19 yr old is really 24. And cousin is really 30. Got lucky!!! So if your questioning it,go find another. You will definitely sleep a lot better.

Some girls lie about their age because they think we want to be with teenagers (barely legal, of course!)
Some girls lie about their age because they want to be legal age.
Some aren't smart enough to lie.
Some hobbyists aren't smart enough to avoid potentially felonious behavior.
When in doubt, get the hell out!

Unfortunately, in this day and age its hard to tell. Whether they are providers or civi's. Just a few months ago, I help a lady and her 2 daughters fix a flat tire. The daughters were close to my height 5'8, slightly shorter, who were wearing spandex shorts and tops and built like gymnast and totally gorgeous. Looked like seniors in HS or college freshmen. They were constantly flirting with me, and although, the mother told them to stop fooling around they kept doing it and I guess, in case I got any ideas, their mother informed me they were only 13 and 14 yrs old and weren't allowed to date.
All we can do is be careful.

Unfortunately once you've made the calls and crossed the threshold of a incall, your already on the hook. Do you really believe anyone will believe that you turned around and split. No proof of innocence and no proof of guilt, benifit of doubt will go to LE.

I agree, but as you know answering BP ads is a roll of the dice. You usually end up settling on one who answers the call. Age not much of a factor,as long as they are legal.

Only way to be careful is using verified providers.
The only prudent thing to do is,not to be smart enough to leave. Its being smart enough not to be there in the first place!

Rockerrick, I think (think) that the LE's have to have proof of a transaction. NOW, a transaction (watched any of those cop shows) only has to be laying down the money. Might not hold up in court, but as has been posted many times, 10 grand for a lawyer is still 10 grand for a lawyer.

In Texas all that's necessary is the agreement to exchange sex for a fee. No money needs to change hands or be visible.
In the case of SW stings....undercover drives up, says.."how much for a Blowjob" and SW says: "$20.00".....that's enough for an arrest to take place right then and there.
Sec. 43.02. PROSTITUTION. (a) A person commits an offense if he knowingly:
(1) offers to engage, agrees to engage, or engages in sexual conduct for a fee; or
(2) solicits another in a public place to engage with him in sexual conduct for hire.

Yes these things might be true if providers not a minor. But if its a minor which was eluded to,they might look for you any way. On cops they bust johns on vegas strip stings the minute they walk in. And on dateline pedophiles get busted merely for showing up. All I'm saying is avoid at all cost, fake id is super easy to obtain. Stay with providers that claim to be above 25 yrs old,and they will likely be 21 - 30 range, and all is good.
