YT, it’s all a matter of how you treat them and tip them. And talk to them. Some of the girls complain about some of the customers being cheap and tell them next time and then do the same thing the next time. I usually I will tip them $10 over standard rate and they treat me very well. Don’t think that they don’t remember you they do and they tell the other girls. I’ve tipped $20 over and the next time I went in she ran to me, made me feel great, but, maybe it wasn’t the tip. But most likely it was. For most of the girls this is just a job and that’s all.

@Magic Daddy Don't think it's a tipping issue. I typically over tip beyond your suggested bonus gratuity providing she does a decent job. However, shitty service seems to be going around with tip nagging, shorting on time and general indifference being widely available. Business seems to be good and there is no shortage of customers so they are taking advantage knowing that another hairy leg will walk in shortly.
