Nothing good can come from this - the last POY on TOS took the title, started a fucking blog, nearly doubled her rate . . . Plus who cares what TOS does - they are dying a slow death over there

That said if people did want to do this stupid idea you need rules and to get them started - in true ECCIE fashion, the POY must:

1. Smoke Newport 100s
2. Charge no more than 100 HH or 200 Hr
3. Use a palatial Crafton no-tell or have her own hoodrat dive place
