Does the provider have to "reimburse" a portion the gross receipts acquired while being provided a "place to stay" under the TSA program? 10%...20%?

It has to be a state approved hotel/motel, so there is just a handful on the list. There is a heck of a lot more hotels/motels than just what is on that list, so there will still be places available. It just makes it more difficult.

With displaced victims coming and going at local hotels/motels and the po po tied up with flood victims and looters, the heat should be off the hobby for a while.

I was thinking the same thing. But then again, you would think they would always have something else better to do, and yet they don't.

They probably don't want to forfeit the cash cow first floor rooms.

It's true. Harvey fucked everything up. Can't get a motel for me and a lady I see anywhere. I suspect the ladies with their own Incall and will see a jump in business.

I just did a search and there are rooms available. I think you just have to become more flexible as far as location.

I doubt it unfortunately. Can't speak for everyone but Harvey depleted my hobby funds. Between displaced ladies, hobbiests, lack of hotel rooms, some streets under water Harvey has hurt every single one of us in the hobby and our personal lives.

Private incalls are much better. PIs are sketchy. This storm will help to eliminate the amateurs from the real professional hookers.

Agreed. But some of those amateurs can fuck the lights out and keep the hobby within reach when funds are running low.
