If you have a smart phone you can easily block calls and texts. Report the issue to your cell carrier.
Hoping I am that you have a personal phone and you have a hobby phone or at least a hobby number. If you don't, get one. Your security is worth the few bucks a month.
If this is your personal RL phone, tell your family, friends and others with legit reason to use that number that you have an issue.
And change the number and be careful giving it out.

The reality is there is a lot of cheap software out there for spoofers to use. Sometimes the spoofers use legit numbers as the spoof.
