DeSantis won't take any federal money for Medicaid cause it is a Democrat thing. It is for helping the folks that either don't have insurance or can't afford the medicine and it is meant to help sick people. DeSantis will show them, nothing to help the sick. Let then suffer or die.



He did things to kill people with not helping get rid of Covid. So this shouldn't be a surprise. In fact he did everything in his power to help make people get Covid by not have any type of restrictions. He should fit right in the GOP hopeful.

Florida, where about 1/4 of the population is 65+, had a Covid death rate nowhere near tops in the nation. It was middle of the pack, nearly identical to New York and Pennsylvania, who put far more draconian measures in place. The Desantis model should’ve been followed nationally. Judging by the electoral ass raping of Charlie Crist, the people of Florida certainly think he did it right.

Yeah looks like the people of Florida had no concerns over not committing more state money for Medicaid expansion.

And it looks like the people of Florida loved how Gov DeSantis kept the free state of Florida open during Covid, didn't force vaccine mandates on people and let people make their own informed choice

Why are they moving out of NY, and Illinois and moving to Florida and other warmer climates? It has something to do with 80's in the winter or the teens in the winter. It has been like that for years. That is why they call them snow birds. Once they get to retirement age they move to warmer climates. To bad there health is in danger because of the governor doing crazy shit. Its a trade off, weather vs health. Tough decision.

Once again, the people of Florida had a chance just a few months ago to weigh in on just how well Ron DeSantis is doing and whether they support his policies (on medicaid, covid, CRT, schools, etc).
