Unwanted penetration risk (accidental, or "accidentally on-purpose," as coach alluded to) is a factor with some.....Another good reason to be cautious is that a BBSS is also a risk for transferral of some STDs (those that only require contact, like Syphilis, Genital Herpes, etc.).
Since the list of STDs that require "only contact" are all treatable - there are some take the risk (on both the provider and client side of things). I'll even admit that that has included me with a couple of "regular" ladies of mine in the past (nobody called me the smartest cookie when I was in my 20s).
But I would - at the very least - advise extreme caution to anyone that would have to explain an STD of any kind, treatable or not, to their wife or SO.
