What is the Difference in GFE and PSE

I think it has more to do with the style of BCD, I think the wild and crazy type BCD usually considered PSE in most answers posted. Although some ladies are GFE/PSE type experience but in general its more just a wilder and crazier time that people expect with PSE. But if Im way off base Im sure you will get other replies. It's different things for different people. Allow me to retort:

People may think of a GFE experience as being a little more romantic, maybe low lights or candles, whereas with PSE you have spot-lights on with those diffusing light umbrellas and mirrors all over.

When I see two different rates for PSE and GFE I probably would not contact that provider.
I thought we were buying an hour of time (within reason).
I suppose certain activities like greek could be listed specifically as extra but to list GFE and PSE seperately. I think everybody will have their own idea what that means.
I just think there is no definite line that divides GFE and PSE and I can see the potential for misunderstandings.

So to answer the OP question....different definition for everybody...so if a provider posts her rates like that you better have an agreement of what it means to both of you.
