But Will They Win the World Series?
I'm prone to some really bizarre dreams. I had one where I woke up and Rick Santorum had been elected president (yikes!). I had another where Carrie Hillcrest PM'd me out of the blue and offered me a complimentary all-nighter. Then there was the one where the Cowboys won the Super Bowl and Romo was the MVP. As you can see, I sort of dream unrealistically.
Last night, I dreamed the Rangers won the World Series this year. Whaddya think?

Tee, it'll be alright once you get out of rehab, LOL!!!
Actually, if the bats don't go silent like they did last year, last night's dream has a waaaaaaaayyyy better chance of coming true than the other 3. Let's hope Jobu stays on the Rangers' side.

I'd feel a lot better if the starters got a MF'n win or two in the ALCS. It's going to be a different ballgame in the NL park (no DH for those casual fans) and if we reach into the bullpen early and often that gives us fewer options for hitting substitutions in the later innings. The old school brotha will need to earn his paycheck here.
But, the starters were the top two or three in MLB in the regular season if I'm not mistaken, so hopefully they right the ship. And Hamilton should go deep a few times since it's been ~ 65 at-bats since his last dinger.
Conclusion: Lana's crystal ball is correct.

Hamilton's hitting is a question mark, due to the two bad groin strains. However, after that freakin' phenomenal crashcatch last night, I'm inclined to believe we might have a team of (finally) destiny here.

Rangers 1-8 is nothing but power and Cruz that is another subject matter. I think offense beats defense this year

If CJ is going to get 90 milllion over 6 years or something stupid I do agree we can let him go. I would rather sign Prince Fielder or Pujols if a big free agent is to be had or just spent some money locking up the current team long term. Feldman, Lewis, Ogando, Harrison and Dutch Oven is a pretty damn good rotation with 4 of the 5 starters in their 20's.
