What is Waco Kid's Weekly College Football Review? It is an ongoing weekly review of all things College Football!!

Each week upcoming games can be discussed and predictions made, name-calling after victories and general all-around college football discussion! Each week will be closed out by the next Monday and a new thread opened for the current college football schedule for each week.

Post it! If you can't post a link to it, it's bogus!
What's valid in the Internet age? Just about anything! Any of the major sports publications, local newspapers, any of the big networks and official school and NCAA sites just to cover the big ones.

WKWCFR rule 2
Predictions must be posted 1 day in advance! If you haven't read the sports page and figgured out who's going to win by the day before ya never will!
Must be time stamped before Midnight the day before game-day, for any weekly games Thur-Sun on the current weekly schedule.
So there you have it, pretty basic! You can post on general topics of your favorite teams regardless of that week's opponent. Just remember WKWCFR rule 1

No. 25 West Virginia vs. South Florida, 7:30 p.m. - West Virginia
Not a fan of Skippy the Redheaded Pip Squeak's son. Under Levitt USF was dangerous, not so much so far under Skippy. TWK likes that

W Va went down to LSU and played a good game, W Va should be fired up at home so I'm goin' all in home field and Stewy the coach to get W Va a win.

i think the Bucky's get a good team win here. Badgers need to shutdown Pryor to have a chance.

No. 3 Boise State at San Jose State, 8 p.m. - Boise St.
Smurfies have had little trouble playing well on the road, Boise rolls.

No. 4 TCU vs. BYU, 4 p.m. - TCU
This used to be a big game with the froggies getting several great wins. Now it's a trap game on the road. Beware froggies play sharp.

No. 5 Nebraska vs. Texas, 3:30 p.m. - Texas
Bugeaters are one-dimensional, take out the rush and NU has no offense. Mack Brown has never lost after losing to OU.

No. 6 Oklahoma vs. Iowa State, 7 p.m. - Oklahoma
no excuses Sooners. home field, more talent. Get ER done.

No. 7 Auburn vs. No. 12 Arkansas, 3:30 p.m. - Auburn
hard to bet against Boss Hog Petrino even on the road. Aubie needs to prove itself in league play.

No. 8 Alabama vs. Mississippi, 9 p.m. - Alabama
Saban should have Bama ready. Expect a strong showing from Tide.

No. 9 LSU vs. McNeese State, 7 p.m. - LSU
good tune-up for Mikey.

No. 10 South Carolina at Kentucky, 6 p.m. - South Carolina
hard to go against my homey cats, but UK has some injuries on offense so Steve Superior has the edge.

No. 11 Utah at Wyoming, 6 p.m. - Utah
Utes are playing well this should be an easy show for Utah.

No. 13 Michigan State vs. Illinois, Noon. - Michigan State
Sparty has a hot hand, Illinois has some offense but is not the complete team Sparty is.

No. 15 Iowa at Michigan, 3:30 p.m. - Michigan
RichRod needs this one in da Big House. Bad.

No. 16 Florida State vs. Boston College, Noon. - Florida State
Jimbo seems to have jump-started Free Shoes U. Now just keep winnin' like Bowden and you'll have a statue too.

No. 17 Arizona at Washington State, 7:30 p.m. - Arizona
Stoops 2 knows this is a test for his team, ranked with a big home upset over Iowa, now a league game on the road against a bad team. no letdowns!!

No. 19 Nevada at Hawaii, 11:30 p.m. - Nevada
NV should enjoy their little luau on da Big Island and run all over Hawaii.

No. 20 Oklahoma State at Texas Tech, 3:30 p.m. - Oklahoma State
could u 'pokes have found the next Dez? this kid Blackmon has some game. Tubby isn't the Pirate, Cowpokes end the Lubbock jinx.

No. 21 Missouri at Texas A&M, Noon. - Texas A&M
Mizzu is a tad overrated and A&M is a better team for it's test against Hoggs, Aggies March on.

No. 22 Florida vs. Mississippi State, 7 p.m. - Florida
tempted to call upset outright here, even in The Swamp. Pope Urbie needs a fast start or he may get schooled by his former padawan learner.

No. 23 Air Force at San Diego State, 8 p.m. - Air Force
Air Force is a solid team that goes power rush right at ya!

No. 24 Oregon State at Washington, 10:15 p.m. - Oregon State
Beavers need this one to hold steady in the PAC 10. Beavers lost tailback Rodgers for the year so they need someone to pick up the slack.

You betcha. Tubby's a good proven coach but the Pirate gave Tech an identity they lack now. Unless Tubby gives Tech a strong defensive identity the glory days at Tech have sailed .. to Key West.

Been sayin' Pryor needed a VY sooner or later. This was it. Can't blame all of it on Pryor the defense let Badgers run at will early to put SweaterVest in a hole. Buckys under Tressel have never been strong closers that's why they get to the big game but lose. Shoulda picked 'em to choke!

With two heavies DOA already this year could be Smurfie's shot. They have few real challenges left this season and as usual this team plays as a team

TCU also plays well as a team, they do well to avoid a trap. Tough test at Utah looms for Froggies.

Told ya. Texas had the speed to run down the QB and keep him from turning the corner, Bugeaters couldn't run straight ahead either. NU dropped several balls this is what happens when you force a running team to throw. My Horns still need more offensive playmakers but we get it done today.

Yep. about right, Big Game Bozo does have a nasty habit of kickin' ass at home. something about Bowl games though .. anyway you Sooners have reason to be a player this year, last year's bummer losing Bradford is this year's payoff with Jones.

This was a wild game. Hogs lost QB and still had some firepower but Aubie gets the win.

No. 8 Alabama vs. Mississippi, 9 p.m. - Alabama
Saban should have Bama ready. Expect a strong showing from Tide.

Good enough to get the win. Bama was not a Juggernaut but they are one thing they weren't last week - a winner.

No. 9 LSU vs. McNeese State, 7 p.m. - LSU
good tune-up for Mikey.

Mikey roars. Lester didn't need any tricks today but we'll hear more from Lester as the SEC race goes on.

Another one i should have jumped on for an upset. UK has great fans they put 65K in the seats no matter how good Cats are playin' and they are an improved program under Brooks and now the Joker.

Utes are playing well this should be an easy show for Utah.

Good enough here for Utes. They are holding course and could make a big statement when TCU comes to town.

No. 13 Michigan State vs. Illinois, Noon. - Michigan State
Sparty has a hot hand, Illinois has some offense but is not the complete team Sparty is.

Sparty handles success well here, good team effort to control the contest. With the Bucky's losing Sparty has a legit shot at the Big Ten title and some roses for New Year's.

BC isn't real strong this year however they have owned FSU lately so this gives Jimbo another good win to build on in the ACC race.

Well that luau wasn't so nice after all. wasn't pretty but June Jones has left da Big Island so any "upset" for Warriors is good for their program. NV can still have a great year just not an unbeaten one now.

Yeah you should miss the Pirate Tech fans, methinks unless Tubby turns Tech into a defensive monster your high flyin' days are over. Cowpokes are the better team so no reason Tubby can't have a good year.

Damn. this one had upset all over it. Gators and Texas had same problem this year, new QB's. We might be turnin' the corner, Gators maybe not. expect Meyer to try Tebow Jr more to spark offense.

tough loss for Beavers, in 2 OT's. Now Beavers need to regroup and find a way to replace Rodgers on offense. some help from the defense would be nice.

Would have helped the bugeaters if we don't drop some td passes, but clearly Mack came in prepared better then Bo adjusted. Just gotta rebound this week against Cowboys, but doesn't look like a rematch happens in Dallas in the title game. Begrudging congrats to Horn.

If bugeaters would have beat texas, it would have been a classic trap game. Now you get our full attention, but the new stadium is a tough place to play. Perhaps cp could put his gal avatar on 'poke sideline to distract the boys. Should be a high scoring game.
