Actually Trump is way smarter than you think. It is hard to get the discussion away from the status quo way of doing things. The income tax code is gigantic corrupt power grab by the Federal government that has resulted in all kinds of issues..Shaking things up to get an honest debate on taxation would be a great thing.

Sure, I don't like paying all of what I pay in income taxes (nobody does), but it is a necessary evil that is a must.

The current Income Tax Code is a nightmare. It is too complicated and only gives power to politicians in Washington DC, too many lawyers that have screwed things up to begin with.


The first thing that needs to be done is to scrap baseline budgeting. It just allows liars to say the cut the budget when in reality it grows.


Tariffs are a tool, probably not as perfect and Trump thinks, but they are a tool that probably needs to be used more


Costs of Fed regulations increase costs dramatically with only people truly benefiting are the Power hungry politicians in Washington DC


I have to go, but the goal of Trump's statement is to shake things up and get a more robust discussion going. The status quo needs a sledgehammer dropped on their toes to get their attention first.
