What's up with BP providers listing every city from Waco to Beaumont?

Lately I've noticed in the BCS BP that some providers have started listing a bunch of different cities. They'll have this big list of a dozen cities and obviously are only in one of them at a time. And they're real providers, some with reviews, not the scammy spa or "visit my website" crap.

What's up with this trend? Are they expecting people to call and ask what city they happen to be in?

I can't speak for them as I do not post on BP, but maybe they travel..?

I list Killeen, San Antonio and Austin b/c I will drive to the area if requested. Heck I have even driven to Houston to meet a client, spend my time with him and turned around and came back to Austin. So yes, I am guessing that if given enough notice and travel compensation the ladies drive to the towns.
