Ok, you have a person (white male, let us call him Tom) who is a professional.....let me think of something clever.......a professional apple tree planter.

Tom is scary as hell when it comes to buying pussy.
Tom is good looking and very respected in his field of planting apple trees.
Tom desires to get him some black pussy but has no game and is unsure on how to find the sistas in the real world. Tom has no black friends and does not live around any black people. But has worked for many years to make sure that underprivileged black folks in the hood had equal access to some apple tree. He is very cautious when it comes to the hobby because he doesn't want to risk it impacting his professional apple tree planting status.

Along comes another person......Bill. Bill thinks he has a great idea to help Tom get some black ass....and it possibly for free!

Bill suggests to Tom that because it is so hard for black students to get internships with those who are high up in the apple tree planting field, he should go to the local HBCU (for y'all that don't know, HBCU stands for Historically Black Colleges & Universities) and seek out a young black college student who is majoring in apple tree planting and offer her an unpaid internship & proceed to groom her into giving up some ass.

Is this suggestion foul or acceptable?

If he's looking for a potential sugar baby in which she will benefit greatly from his connections and will most likely end up a CEO in the future because one of the "good ole boys" took her under his wing then.....well...not really deplorable.

It honestly depends on his intentions in the end...If finding a super smart, highly ambitious young lady, who one day can speak to him as an equal is the goal then he's just being a sugar daddy. If he's just wants to score some ass from a naive kid and has no intention of mentoring this girl to be a success...well that's pathetic.

The corporate world can boil you down into your nastiest bits. I've been there...the fake smiles, the high stakes balancing act of not picking a side until you know the winner, the weapons known as party invitations, the casual cruelty of the water cooler, and carefully building a network of informants. It's frigging brutal.

Most young bucks/does are just used as pawns. Now a potential pawn has the opportunity to become a Queen. She can reach the other side with her knight escort. Yes...a discrete bit of ass is totally worth it.

Edit: Oh and I'm writing in my poll answer. I didn't give up the ass because I knew he was on his way out...also I greatly underestimated my opponent's dishonesty. I should of used him even if he was a hair's breath from being a lame duck...he wasn't lame yet. Oh well, hindsight is 20/20.

Just a little lacking when it comes to the interpersonal skill....he's pretty sheepish acting.

The intern would be trained and mentored. Doors that were closed would definitely be opened.

I do feel for ya even with my joking. But you do know this type of thing been going on for a long long time, maybe almost as long as hoo errr ops providing.

I had a good job, but the field died and in time I got laid off. I took a it sucks job at a good company as a contractor. The male boss's got caught fucking some of the females contractors saying I will get you in. Company demoted them and hired all the contractors. I think worried would not look good if it went to court then hitting the news.

Foul... Don't tease her with the chance of one job when you're really looking for another. I find any kind of boss/employee shenanigans very coercive if only one walks in knowing about it. It's one thing for me to know that if I do x, y, z I will get x money and pay x bills. But dangling the house and food and car payments in front of someone to get them to blow you because they know you're their only option (as opposed to say, me for example) is just... Ew. These situations always feel very predatory to me, and skeeve me out a bit. I know the world will never be "fair" but I do wish people would at least try.

I feel kinda the same way about people that use others to "sleep their way to the top". It's all one thing if everyone knows what they're getting into, and this trade off is kind of "part of the deal", but I don't like to see people played with.

And as always, there are indeed bigger problems in the world ;-)
