On females I like TONGUE RINGS.
however being bi I am TURNED OFF by NIPPLE ,CLIT HOOPS, LIP AND EYEBROW piercings ON FEMALES

I dislike male genital piercings!

I agree. I like them anywhere, but when there are a whole line of them hanging from the labia and it looks more like a chainmail suit of armor, she has gone too far:

They're OK in moderation, if it's an attempt to be alternative it's usually a turnoff for me. I was with a girl once that had a septum piercing and stretched ears, and the ear thing fell out in bed and the ear lobe was dangling freely. I still have nightmares about it.

If the piercing accentuates or highlights an already attractive area it can be sexy. If it draws all the attention to itself then it leans more towards trashy.

ie: that cute smile ends in an adorable rhinestone on her cheek

My goodness is there any nipple left once you account for all the steel going through it?!

The only part of the female body that I want to see pierced are the ears. Nose, nipples, clit, and tongue piercings are all a major turnoff for me. Piercings are like Tattoos. I've never seen one that makes a female body look sexier.

Yes once but with a guy with to much hair down there my tounge ring ball got hair wrapped around it and we were uhhhhh stuck In an odd/painful situation
