Default Texas jail 'em

Texas used to be great.

Until the government decided they need to control women.....and a few other things.

But gun control and personal freedoms to carry weapons.....they are afraid to touch it.

They even made it so easy you don't need any training to carry a gun....or even a license !

Guns and pickups

I must’ve missed the part of the constitution that says you need a license to carry a firearm.

Check the 50 states requirements for the registration and training required for a firearm, and get back to us.

Firearm registration requirements by state

https://giffords.org/lawcenter/gun-l...tration/#state

Quote:
SUMMARY OF STATE LAW

Six states and the District of Columbia require registration of some or all firearms. Hawaii and the District of Columbia require the registration of all firearms, California maintains a database of gun transfer records, and New York requires the registration of all handguns through its licensing law.10 Hawaii, New York, and four other states also have a registration system for certain highly dangerous firearms, such as assault weapons. These states generally ban such firearms, but allow the continued possession of grandfathered weapons if they were owned before the ban was adopted and are registered.

As of January 1, 2019, seven states and the District of Columbia required individuals to register their ownership of certain firearms with local law enforcement agencies. Another eight states explicitly prohibited the creation of such registries. The remaining states neither required registration of firearms nor prohibited the creation of registries in the future. See the map and table below for further information.

The 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is your License for Gun ownership, you would know that if you ever bother to read it and fully understand. As far as training that's incumbent upon anyone who decides to own and carry a firearm. Licensing and registration of Firearms is just political bullshit that is contradictory to Second Amendment rights. Liberal States such as Illinois actually require a license (FOID) to own a Firearm which is stupid and unnecessary.

The actual point of this thread is comparing gun control in Texas vs. women control in Texas.

Getting close to harassment and violating other form rules. Would hate to see you get more points. Nothing even remotely related to the topic of discussion.

Answer - a DPST want for those males unable to attract a female.

Common among those with no sense of responsibility for their actions, social ineptitude, and indoctrinated beleifs of Teachers Unions educations.

California and NY, are they the only states to term rifles as "assault weapons"?
