I'm probably too late... anyway, I travelled to Barcelona some time ago and did some research on the subject, so here are my conclusions:

I took a look to Adultwork Spanish section, but I found just 4 independent escort girls.. I didn't succeed on PunterNet either. But then I found the OpenAdultDirectory; it's a very complete site where many Spanish places advertise (they have many sections classified by country, region, etc). I also took a look to Erosguia: http://en.erosguia.com/ ; this is a Spanish site focused on Madrid and Barcelona escorting/punting world. Then I googled some places I found on OpenAdultDirectory and Erosguia, and I discovered a couple of interesting "hotels" where you can rent a room for hours. Seriously guys, the amount of this kind of hotels in Barcelona is simply overwhelming. I decided for two hotels called "La Vie en Rose" and "Perla Negra", because their sites are very complete, the places looked modern and clean (both sex clubs have the ISO certificate for quality standards) and the girls on the sites were very beautiful.
I found many Latin girls at Perla Negra, so I went for one of them. Her name is Cleo, a Venezuelan pornstar escort. Latin girls are always a good option, because they are very friendly...and hot :P

You can get 1/2 h for 60 €, but be careful, because these rates are just for incalls, outcalls usually have different prices. In addition, these rates do not include any extras such as jacuzzi, etc.
From my experience, at Perla Negra and La Vie en Rose everything is included in their rates (girl, room rental, jacuzzi, 1 free drink...). Also, they have 45 mins. rates which range from 105 to 115 Euros. I know that these prices are a little bit over your budget, Steve, but IMHO they worth it because the places are well located (downtown Barcelona), completely clean, new and modern-styled, and the girls are great too.
Anyway, you can check your preferred brothel sites beforehand, and contact them to make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for.

I was there!! pretty good asses there, had the best time, girls are willing to please you in every way. We´ve heard about this place in some websites and after a Barcelona match at Camp Nou we passed by (they have a nearby venue), it was awesome! I highly recommend it.
