from all appearance, the Cop was tired of listening to the lady's complaint.. nothing more.. you can see from his initial posture that he's a first class Jackass.. I assume that was a stun gun he was pointing?

separate issue, but joined in a way.. notice how high her bond is? almost $6,000? partly due to being a "fugitive from justice", LOL.. yes, she had unpaid fines for driving with a suspended license and no insurance proof.. a real fugitive alright.

so she's basically in jail for being what the Cop thinks was being mouthy, and for being poor.

that Cop is so arrogant, he believed he could manhandle these ladies with impunity.. he knew he was on camera the whole time. I hope the protest tonight is well-attended.

Yes, the arrest was crap. However, I would hate it if the arresting officer got off the hook because of some technicality that justified him arresting her . Aside from striking the officer, I'm not sure what she could have done to warrant an arrest.

The cop knew that his sarcastic attitude would elicit exactly the response he got, and it looks like that's what he was hoping for. Rather than address the issue with the guy touching/grabbing/choking/whatever her son, he'd prefer to take her to jail for something.

Yes. I agree and it is disgusting. Someone assaulted her kid, she called the cops instead of going down the street knocking on her neighbors door and kicking his ass. This is why ppl do not trust the police and take matters into their own hands.
