She's a little girl, 5 feet and 110 lbs, she had beautiful 32 B's but girlfriends told her she's losing clients without a boob job.

Now she's a double D and it just doesn't fit with her petite body!

Too bad. I love big boobs but I'd rather have a beautiful pair of small naturals over big and obviously fake. I've seen a lot of great, natural looking boob jobs over the years, in person and in porn. Small girls with small boobs should stick with a small increase, like going from a B to a C or small D at most to avoid looking ridiculous. But the biggest thing is to research the doctor and see as many samples as possible and maybe even get some references if available.

waverunner234 - It sounds like your ATF has some self esteem problems if she lets some idiot friends talk her into a boob job. She needs to first get rid of those friends.

Help her find a doctor who can give her back her natural breast size.

If I get some work done it is because I want it and I would research the doctor.

Ladies still think that having big breasts and blond hair is the way to go.

Wish that they knew that men generally like women who are just sexual creatures. So often, many men aren't THAT shallow with regard to huge garbanzos.

I'm not really into big hard tits that that are lop sided and have the nipples pointed in different directions. I would think after a Dr. did one of those jobs he would realize he doesn't know what his is doing and learn the correct method or stop doing them. In my line of work I never ask the customer what they think, I don't have to I know what a good job looks like.

I guess there is no warranty, or a return policy offered by many Dr.'s... But i did think most of these folks in cosmetic surgery offer some form of "customer satisfaction" policy...
Of course, what the F do I know.. I am still sad from the 7" thread... I would need some helium and a big medieval devise to get close... <sigh>

I have a couple of ATF's. I had that talk with one of them about this topic, saying that I thought her breasts were smaller than my other ATF, and they're supposedly the same size (D). I couldn't quite understand why. I also told her told that I still thought that she had very nice breasts, and I could no understand why women want to falsify themselves with implants. I told her that I like all natural and also teased her saying that if she got implants, I would no longer see her. Then I said, that she has a very beautiful body and should be very happy with what nature has given her and not to change a thing. I don't think she was serious about it. At least I hope so.

The only way to do it right is find a girl who has had it done right and then get them done from the same place and the same way. I can' t tell you how many strippers I have seen over the years who didn't do the correct research and weren't happy with the results. But I also know a lot who did it the right way and we both love the results.

All boob jobs aren't bad! Going that big is with a little frame is! I've wanted one for a long time now, and even had a few consults and photos/measurements. For my body size the surgeon said he wouldn't implant anything larger than a medium fill C max...

The point of fake boobs is to fake having bigger boobs, not look alien. I'm *terrified* of the busted headlight look, where they point in different directions.. The worst is Grand Canyon chest. Case in point:

If those are her pictures, I think she looks very cute! They just need to settle a lil. I agree whoever said you needed one and kept putting you down and pushing you into that, those aren't your friends girl, and it's YOUR body. My boobs aren't great, but just so you make you feel better, it could've turned out like these, mine,,,,,hope it helps!
