Yellow mustard, and fresh made relish (chopped onion, pickle and tomatoe)....
and the dog can be steamed or grilled, as long as it has a snap when I take that first bite.

Ketchup, dill relish, just a little chili, and shredded cheese
(no mustard or onions. Do not like either at all)

Normally... just mustard and a little bit of chili.
If the mood strikes... a lil chopped onion and cheddar cheese... never relish or ketchup!!

I gotta admit I love a dog that has been grilled. Beck's Prime has some great ones. They butterfly them and serve them on hamburger buns.
I like a lil bit of everything on mine but not to much of any.
Gotta love the Chicago Stlye Dogs near Wrigley Field....can't remember the name of the place.

I space the toppings out and let each one have a third of the dog, catsup, mustard, and relish.
Natural casing hotdogs are much better than non-natural casing dogs.

and to all you folks who say a hot dog is nothing but trash out of the packing house, I have over 30 years in the meat business and have done labeling. If it says "beef" it is only beef ie hamburger material, no ears, no ass holes and no eye balls. ditto with pork and veal
