St. C I know that there's a rule that prohibits links to porn, but is tkhat something that can be changed? I know every rule is there for a reason, and I thanck you all for what you do here. I love porn, we ALL LOVE PORN! I mean, I can see how once you give rope some will try to become a cowboy and post something utterly useless and/or disgusting so maybe we could put nuclear rules on it like no beastiality, no kids, no excrement etc.

Are you kidding me, what would be the point, want to look at porn there are porn sites everywhere,

Useless and disgusting? Guess a thread would be needed to identify what activities are considered useless and disgusting. Personally, I just don't get foot fetishes.....to me it's disgusting.

Not sure about this but if a site is seen to 'host' porn, it may have to comply with 2257 and do "record keeping" under federal regulations affecting primary and "secondary" producers or distributors of porn. Speculating that a no porn rule would exempt it from record keeping. Some say compliance is burdensome and expensive. See, http://goo.gl/4eexY

Even if we got past that, there could be licensing issues with the host which might limit or even restrict what can be hosted under a particular hosting plan or provider.

Interested to hear what comes of this but suspect that these and other reasons might justify keeping the policy.

Well maybe I want to post a video clip of a personal session with a certain provider I am writing a review on so everyone can see just how good she is. I can write all I want in a review but what would be better for a potential client than seeing and hearing the provider in action.

To clarify my comment in the previous post - I have video taped multiple sessions with only one provider and always with her knowledge and full approval before the session began, with the camcorder in full view on a tripod. I have not written a review of her to date.

Think long and hard before you post your homemade video.
just because you're not selling it as porn, doesn't mean LE won't come knocking on your door asking for ID.
one thing for private viewing another when you start posting videos,
So yeah go ahead make sure you're doing your record keeping, you know real identification of the people that are in the video, and keep those records for the timeframe indicated under 2257, and if LE wants to see those records, guess what, they'll have you and your provider real name and address, I don't think she'll be down for that. here's a link, spend some time reading up on the law before you do something you'll regret.

Yes you are correct about 2257, i'm sure the people that own this site wouldn't want to deal with that, and it places you in the spotlight with LE, something I seriously doubt they want also.

I have no doubt whatsoever in what remains of my legal mind that this site is already in the spotlight of LE...

Thanks for the advice and links...I'm working through them and will def take it all into consideration. Eccie doesn't allow links to sex videos anyways, and I only post reviews on eccie. Its amazing how many videos you can find on the net of some guy and "this hooker I had come over."
