You'll just find somebody else to hate for bad reasons. Janet Napalitano will likely be the new AG is Holder leaves.

Oh, gawd. Big Sis as AG. From bad to worse. Just when you thought the Justice Department couldn't become more corrupt . . .

Typical to see major turnover. I'll be shocked if State doesn't change, and a bit surprised if DoD doesn't change.
Napalitano would NOT be a good sign. We can do far better than that.

Both Clinton and Geithner want to leave and I believe Panetta has indicated he would like to retire next year.

I know you don't mind corruption in government, Assup, as long as it is Democrat corruption. I'm opposed to corruption in any party, but that's just me.

What's wrong with Napalitano? Good law school, clerked for a good 9th Circuit Judge. Was well regarded as a US Attorney, an AG, and as Governor. And took Homeland Security job even though she didn't really want it or have any preexisting interest (if rumors are to be believed). I can think of some folks I'd see rather get it, but none of them would likely be confirmed.

Too political. We need a litigator with administrative experience, not a politician with administrative experience and minimal litigation experience.

She has no respect for civil liberties or the rule of law.
