Swiss Miss is for amateurs, no offense intended. Go for Droste's Cocoa or Valrhona Cocoa, Swiss Miss will become an old memory...of course there is more work to these rather than getting the premixed stuff...Valrhona is so good, I bought a case of 3 1000kg packages. Great for recipes and hot cocoa...used by great bakers everywhere...cocoa and chocolate last a long time, way, way, way past expiration date....
