Perfect Incall Post
Hello Hobby Community! Just wanted inquire regarding opinions on what it takes to create and maintain the perfect incall environment for clients.
I am thinking of securing a longer term place and want it to be comfortable, practical, and inviting to clients.
I am not a regular poster, so if this has been discussed before, polite redirection is welcomed. :-)
p.s. Safety and security is a given) I am more interested in decor, things that make one comfortable, hygiene product preferences, style of room/layout, wish list of furniture that is ah-hem, "accommodating" in various positions, preferences or sensual items, lighting, thoughtful "thank you" items for the client, beverage and/or snack choices, etc....(basically anything imaginable that contributes to a preferable ambiance)
Thank you in advance! I look forward to sharing in an informative and productive discussion. :-))

A provider that I see here in Houston has an apartment a block and a half off a major street about a mile from The Galleria. As you drive up you call and she buzzses the gate open (stay on the phone) and as you drive approach the apartment she opens the grage. You drive right in and it closes. Everything looks as regular as anything and you are never seen out of your car.
The apartment is "nice" but not a lux-pad. I don't think she actually lives there. I5s a nice enough part of town.
The key things for me are ease of access and security.
Decore? Ok, I don't notice decore much when I am with a provider. Any generic hotel type of furnishings are ok. You could rent the furnishings.Subdued lighting (not too dark) with subdued music (not RAP or heavy metal) maybe a gently scented candle for mood.
Any help?

If this is a play only location, then you should decorate/stock accordingly. Also, the services you offer should reflective in your decisions. At a bare minimum, you need a bed-- queen or larger. You also need plenty of linens. You should also have plenty of towels and wash clothes available-- minimum of 2 per client. As for decor, contemporary or modern will do. Don't go overboard-- just enough to make the place look "lived in". As for foo-foo stuff, neutral scented candles are a nice touch. Air Fresheners are also welcome. The place should be clean. If you are going to do massages, stock well on supplies and have a variety available-- remember some guys are going to want to smell normal-- so have unscentwd oils and lotions. Other little things to include--- audio/visual equipment is nice. It csn be as simple as a laptop, Pandora and a good set of small speakers. Depending on the location, you may want to consider what you are offering. Again if massaged are part of your business model & you get a two bed location, consider making one of your bed rooms a massage studio. If you offer kink services, them consider making the 2nd bed into a mini- dungeon. If you offer GFE & longer dates, ensure the main living area has a sofa and a very plush rug. This would be great if you had a working gas fire place as well. Finally, you will want to stock the kitchen with some refreshments-- water, sodas, beer/wine, and munchies like chips would all be welcome by clients. The best advice is to make it as much like home as possible.

A lovely lady in Houston established an incall earlier this year. She did a thread asking for ideas. It's a long read, but lots of good ideas for you.

Unplug the damn TV, or better yet, throw it out the window.

If the TV is on, it better be showing porn, otherwise it should be off.

Respectfully disagree, the only porn in the room should be live and in person.
