Slander911.com and other sorrows

First I was on Escortabuser.com Now, apparently Badboyreport.com has picked up the same information and just now I received a text from the Slander911.com people.

This all started when I was drinking and chatting. Not a good idea for BV, I'm told that I made a couple of tentative appointments that escaped me when I sobered up.

One of our local providers posted in the powder room that I was a time waster. Which in my opinion was absolutely correct. Escortabuser.com stole the info from ECCIE (informed speculation) and outed me with one of my real email addresses, my real phone number and my real first name. Holly Shit!! Yawn!! I'm not working at the moment, I'm either retired or unemployed depending on how the market is doing. I'm single, divorced twice and on good speaking terms with both ex's, I have no children, both parents are dead (dad would have gotten a kick out of this) and the fact that I'm a little freaky is no secret in my real life. So fucking what.....

The provider who will remain forever nameless and I have become acquainted. She seems to be a perfectly nice person, that posted a legitimate complaint in an appropriate place. Once I figured all this out, I contacted her, met with her and made amends as best I could. She says she posted in the powder room that I wasn't as much of an asshole as originally stated and I believe her. I no longer drink and chat or post (anywhere).

Most of this story has been told before. In my case "who gives a shit?". Some of you though this could cause major problems. Jewish Lawyer suggested that it was probably a shake down site. My text today I think removes any doubt.

Is there a moral to this story? Mods is there anyway information on ECCIE can be protected? Providers - IMO you have as much right to talk about us as we do about you. You might consider only using the offenders member name unless he was violent, stole from you or some other serious offense. I am forever labeled with the scarlet "T" time waster. But no where on any of these sites does it say that was my infraction. I could have tied, beat and not paid with the same consequence.

You married guys with wives that work in IT I don't know what you're going to do. If any of our lawyer brethren want to make a run at these people but need someone that will let their name be in the paper send me a PM.

May I suggest to anyone experiencing anything like this. Do NOT list the name of the site involved. It only increases their exposure and makes it easier for someone with a grudge to seek them out to casue you harm. Keep the actual names of these sites in PMs

You can submit an anonymous report with the FBI re the "alleged" attempt at extortion, interstate wire fraud and I'm sure there are other violations of federal law but it comes down to having provided information to a 3rd party for the express purpose of having sexual relations in exchange fore $. Also, if this or other websites operate in another country then that's another hurdle. It's out there, but so is every post you've placed here (Google your name on here). I also hope that you're not married. Tough break for sure.

Thanks for the info. I'd rather sic Jewish Lawyer, texas tush hog or shyster john on them. One of my very best friends is also a Jewish Lawyer, but he's in employment law and we don't discuss the hobby.

There's been a rash of these situations lately. One day I might write a thread on specifically how to deal with an Internet defamer (whom I'll call a 'NetFlamer'). (I've written numerous times on the general topic of stalking and harassment.) But for now I'll quickly list a few tips (listed in order) that a person could take. If one tip doesn't work, go on to the next one.

Tips On How to Stop a NetFlamer

1. Follow this part of the doctors' Hippocratic Oath: "First, do no harm." That is, don't do anything that might make the situation worse, like provoking the NetFlamer.

2, NICELY ask who you think posted to remove the post.

3. Carefully read the website's procedure for objecting to a post and utilize it.

4. Pay a lawyer to contact and fend off the NetFlamer.

5. Pay a lawyer to write a 'takedown' letter (like a 'cease and desist' letter) to the NetFlamer and the website.

6. Pay a lawyer to help you file a complaint with your local police department against the NetFlamer for stalking and/or harassment under Texas law.

7. Pay a lawyer to file a lawsuit seeking injunctive relief against the NetFlamer and the website.

8, Pay a lawyer to help you in your divorce.

9. Pay a lawyer to defend you for murdering the NetFlamer.

10. Pay a lawyer to settle your estate after you jump off Reunion Tower.

Then they come in real handy. I already mentioned that my friend is a bad ass employment lawyer. One of his cases made it on CNN and the front page of the wall street journal. I didn't mention that i had almost married one. We did get married, she did graduate from law school, she just never took the bar. And I don't know how many people can say this, but I have former in laws that are attorneys that still treat me better than some people I can't divorce

Sorry Boomvang didnt mean to point out the obvious about your sorrows. I just really dont believe its anything anyone can do to stop these bottom feeders from sucking the life out of google's indexes. They brag about how totally legal they are, and keep in mind the tort law, defamation cases in the US, and the freedom of speech thingy. Don't think you should waste time or money dealing with them.

sorry this happened to you... If you do decide to fight these idiots you just might give them a documented national public exposure. I know you don't want that no matter how many high friends or connections you have.
