I guess my first question is how did she supposedly trick a clerk to provide an official document stating she was not on probation? If the clerk makes an error, why would the appealing party be charged for commiting a crime she didn't attempt to commit. I could see if she FORGED the documents, but that doesn't seem the case. But on the other side, she has been charged and pled prior to forgery, and witness tampering. She's clearly not as girlscout but it seems like the judge over-charged here. She'll win on appeal is my guess. I'm not for false or illegal voting, but this woman seem to go out of her way to clarify that situation, only to have it become a gauntlet in the court system.
