Default Dream Car

Who here loves cars? I know that that I do. In this thread we pick out our dream car. Mine is the 2011 Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.

Could have bought a pristine one in 1980 for 12k. I had bought a 1970 LTI a week earlier. The LT1 was a great car, and a nice find. But I would have preferred the 67 big block. Now they're close to 200k

This is an exact pic of my LT1.

Same color, convertible. It was a small block built for racing. Prolly a better combo than a big block. But a C2 series coupe is the bomb. I'll own one someday.

Also owned a Dodge Coronet 440RT convertible with Ram Air. This pic is exactly my Car. I rebuilt the motor. Pumping out over 500hp. Kept the original carb, manifold, heads and cam for resale value.Had headers and 3" exhaust. Sold it when my kids went to college. Hated to sell it.

There are a few i would still like to own for a little while But dream car ?

vettes are fun but been there x4

Gn,s are bad ass but not very sporty traded it in on a new vette

Done the camaro thing like to many times to remember

Etc Etc

What i would like to fuck around in is a 1967 sun beam tiger alpine white set up for SCCA but street legal with a bad ass 289 hi po and just a screaming 1800 pound go cart that every cobra kit car doesnt deserve to park next to .

Cobra kit cars are cool dont get me wrong but ?

But a certain Austin is calling me

A 427 manta kit car is a kit car now .

Oh and a pantera a 1973 with the welds fixed a upgraded cooling system it would be white also with blk headlights a 351 Cleavland with extensive port work done and dry sump of course.

http://blog.hemmings.com/index.php/2...lls-for-88000/

But then again the 427 at 6000 rpm at 10 mph and side stepping the clutch on the m21 and banging 2nd is a fucking rush!!!

Good thing i dont own it and only tune it twice a year .

But this where i like to get my fix
