You don't need a prescription to get the Plan B. She just needs to go to her pharmacist, supply her ID showing she is at least 17, and she can buy the Plan B. It's about $50 at the pharmacy or she can go to the health department and pay like $20 or so for it.

Yes, definitely. A provider would have to be just plain dumb to not be on birthcontrol. You cannot rely on condoms alone. They are for STD protection...(besides pregnancy, obviously).
