Can this guy win another major this year............

Will he go down as one of, if not the best in history. Or will he be just another good golfer that couldn't close the deal.

It is without a doubt that he will go down as one of the best of all times.
It will also go down that he may have been better if he had kept his dick at home.
His episode of "sex addiction" was actually a substance abuse issue.
Both cost him a lot of wins.
The other issue he has had is over training which has caused problems with his legs including his knees. In addition, this has created issues with his swing on more than one occasion.

Tiger isnt playing with a lot of consistency of late. He missed the cut the week after winning which says a lot about his current consistency.

Tiger plays a much different game than Sam Snead did. He cherry picks the tournaments he plays avoiding those that he feels may not suit his game or does not fall into his method of "preparation" for a major.
All of the above being said. Tiger Woods will undoubtedly be the greatest golfer of all time based on his overall record, provided he wins four more majors at the minimun. To do that by the time he is 40 means he will have to win at the pace of at least one per year to tie. To beat Sam He will have to win at a pace of at least 2 per year plus another wnother mied in for a total of 9 more wins.

I think Tiger has the ability to do both, IF he gets his head on straight and starts to believe he can make putts once again. His swing looked better at the AT&T than it has in a long time. His course management was good but not great.

What remains, only time will tell.

I will tell you this; if he is playing and has a shot, I am watching. I love watching history being made and he is one of the most if not the most exciting golfers to watch.

Out of all the commentaries on television and comments from "people in the know", this is probably the most accurate statement and solution for Tiger...IMHO, he's back to winning so he's already fucking A LOT. Now for Tiger to win a Major, he needs to fuck a few Porn Stars (we'll then know and be able to say)...He's BACK!

The knee problems became more prominent when Elin started swinging the clubs...ijs

What made Tiger great was not his skill or talent but his mental toughness. Toughness that had been ingrained in him by his father since he was a young boy. There are many tour players with a talent level equal to Tiger's. The difference early on was his determination to win and win big.

Hell, he won a US Open on a fractured knee. How tough is that?

Unfortunately he is now a broken man and the one person that could help him get that edge back is no longer there for him.

Can he do it? I guess the question is does HE want to bad enough...

Its hard to say if he will win 19 majors. There are great golfers who didn't do much past the age of 35, Palmer and Watson come to mind. Not many win multiple majors past that age either....Jack won 5 or 6 I think, so it can be done but the clock is definitely ticking and there are a ton of good young golfers out there who aren't intimidated by Tiger.

Did someone use the words "exciting" and "golf" in the same sentence?

If you have never played the game you just cannot understand.
That is the thing I regret most about losing my eyesight; golf.
Again, if you dont play you just cannot understand.

Frankly, I definitely bet a lot that he doesn't get or pass Jack's record. Lacks the character and disposition. Tiger can not deal with defeat very well and his problems have never been his swing. Its always been his head
