Strzok's basis of the lawsuit is his "right to free speech" was violated because he was fired for disparaging remarks against Trump made on his FBI phone.

I'm surprised the judge didn't immediately through out the lawsuit.

Don't send emails disparaging your boss, don't tweet/post stuff disparaging your company, don't surf porn at work or on work computers.
