I showed up one time without calling and I was turned away. Then I called 15 minutes later and she said come back. I was already home and on my way to visit ATF Provider

Lately find it better to call first, especially if they know you. Usually they want to see their good regs and will tell you when to come so they can better prepare for your session. Being a reg can have benefits.
