Default Banned members / lock their threads
If a member gets banned for whatever reason, I propose locking their threads too.

Make banned, BANNED, and eliminate their past offerings from being bumped back to the front of the page.. Gone, kaput, no mas, forever, just like anyone that gets the ax should be.

As a non-bumper I have moral superiority here and I have to ask why CJ doesn't think the same way about disgraced politicians. Today Filthy Filner is being convicted, Jesse Jackson Jr. went down last month and they both get taxpayer benefits.
