Brooke K Age 26 – failure to appear at her arraignment on charges of escorting without a permit and arrest warrant issued.
Monica F. Age 24 – no escort permit and prostitution. Was Pled not guilty at arraignment, had pre-trials set, failed to appear, warrant issued, found, failed to appear, then found, in jail, took plea, paid jail fees, enhanced surcharges and other fees, fined, and served time in jail and then case sent to “Tax Intercept” which means any tax refunds applied to outstanding fines and costs – I believe only applies to Arizona income taxes.
Shawna M. Age 23 from Las Vegas – I have old notes she worked weekend for Arizona Outcall, up charged and had $3000 on her when arrested for no escort permit and prostitution. Looks like lots of pre-trial conferences, continuances, Trial Readiness conferences many continued then took plea and completed jail time. In August 2015 collection calls made for fines and fees and had been sent to Tax Intercept in July 2015. This was Scottsdale arrest for no permit and prostitution, looks like she was not charged in the far more serious Arizona Outcall multiple felony case
in Superior Court.
Michelle M. Age 22 from Goodyear. Scottsdale arrest for no escort license and prostitution had lots of pretrials, continuances, readiness conferences and finally trial where she failed to appear. Then arrested and held – looks like out on bail and again failed to appear. Then sent to jail with time completed in May 2015 and case set to tax intercept for unpaid fees and fines. She also had two traffic violations which may have resulted in re-arrests after failures to appear. One for a cancelled driver’s license in Scottsdale and another for or cancelled or revoked license and no mandatory insurance in Chandler.
Stephanie C. Age 31 from Glendale – escort without permit and prostitution. After lots of continuances took a plea assessed fees and fines, confinement order, revoked probation for a previous conviction and then in May 2015 failed to appear and arrest warrant ordered. Fees sent to Tax intercept on 7/23 but as of 9/8/2015 looks like still on the run from latest arrest warrant. Was given traffic ticket in Phoenix on 5/29/2015 for speed and then in June failed to appear. Earlier speeding ticket on 2/3/2014 in Phoenix bail forfeited since appears failed to appear. Looks like was on probation from a 2006 felony drug charge.
Jie T. Asian age 56 – massage touch genitals with intent to arouse. Lots of motions then convicted at a bench trial but no record after an oral motion and fine assessed. No confinement order since massage ordinances are not like escort without license and prostitution with required minimum jai time.
Jacinta R. Black age 29 – no escort license and prostitution. Another long case went to jail, and tax intercept notice for fees and fines.
Many others with similar results.
These were from a few weeks of mostly failure to have escort license Scottsdale arrests that are old enough to find results of cases. Unlike the zillions of felonies I follow in Superior Court, only basic information from the entries in Court is available not the detailed records and pleadings. It is not practical to follow Phoenix city arrests since no police arrest blotter is available to the public as it is in Scottsdale. I am planning to discontinue monitoring the Scottsdale blotter since we know have cases we know the outcome in and of course that in Scottsdale its criminal (mandatory jail time) to not have an escort license and the escort license number on all ads. I have never seen a compliant ad and probably as in Phoenix no one has applied for a license due to its requirements (positive ID of clients, open for inspection and of course nothing sexual can occur)
These do not appear with mug shots on Sheriff Joes site since Scottsdale has own jail not using Joes. Likewise Phoenix municipal arrests like for no escort license do not go through the County booking.
