Default Biden's commencement speech

To the graduates of Morehouse college,

You've worked hard for 5 years to earn you diploma and start your career but you have no chance. You might as well face the fact that you will never succeed in the good ole USA. Make plans to be the best drug dealer or thief you can be. Never forget that if you don't vote for me you ain't black.

Good ole Joe. The biggest racist in the country.

Racism exists in the United States. Pointing it out is not racism. Being offended by the truth and blaming the speaker is nothing more than a refusal to accept change.

Give me a break. There is not near the racism in this country as the fuckers on the left want to push. Is there some? Sure. Seems like the jews are taking the brunt of it and that is all coming from the left. His shitty speach was nothing but playing the race card.

What you call playing the race card is nothing but the truth. Railing against DEI and BLM and critical race theory is one of the reasons people don’t vote for right wing candidates regardless of their race. The more you deny it, fight against it, outlaw talking about it, the more likely people are going to vote against you. Feel free to keep denying racism and see where it gets you.

The country has been changing its demographics for decades now. Sooner or later every family in the country is going to be multi racial to some degree or another. Maybe when that happens we can start looking at a post racial society but we aren’t there yet.

BLM is a ultra racist organization and a money grab. DEI is just fucking stupid. Its sole purpose is to make whiny ass white liberals feel good about themselves.

Your statements are both false on their face and the attitudes they encompass are extremely unproductive. Like it or not immigrants of all races and nationalities are coming to America. It’s to all of our benefit to welcome them and to promote inclusion and assimilation. By promoting equality in law as well as in reality we make the most productive use out of the people who wish to embrace the American ideal.

By the way the BLM movement is a decentralized movement. Anyone who claims to be or embody the BLM movement is lying to you or themselves.

DEI should make everyone feel good about themselves not just white liberals.

I don't hate anyone based on their race. I may hate you based on your actions. Libs are undoubtable more racist than conservatives because they believe you should get special treatment based on race not qualifications.

If that’s true then please provide an explanation to support your statement.

You mention equality in your comment, yet DEI is not about equality, it is about equity. I am all about equality which should result in equal opportunity for all regardless of race. I spent 30 years in the Marine Corps beginning in the early 70's. We got it right before the rest of the country. Is there still racism in the U.S. or even in the Marine Corps? Absolutely. But it is not nationally systemic. Anywhere where it IS systemic should be put under a microscope.

Equal opportunity with outcome based on effort and skill (like sports) not equal outcome for all regardless of effort and skill (which is the equity that DEI posits).

You make a good point but there is a flaw in your conclusion. The Marine Corps accepts recruits that fit a specific criteria. In that way everyone starts from a fairly equal position creating a system where meritocracy can flourish.

The reality for many people outside the federal government and military can be quite different. In fact I believe that the federal government’s meritocratic policies have done more to bring minorities into the middle class than the civil rights movement has ever done.

DEI (or DE&I) stands for diversity, equity and inclusion. As a discipline, DEI is any policy or practice designed to make people of various backgrounds feel welcome and ensure they have support to perform to the fullest of their abilities in the workplace.

I fail to see how DEI policies correctly implemented are racist in any way.

Their mere existence is racist because it's one sided.
