Post review, Read ROS

I am new to the site and have a few questions:
- How do I find ROS referenced when someone posts a review?
- Same question for reviews when they say they have posted pics... where are those located?
- How do I post a review? Do I start a thread in the Independent Provider Reviews using the format everyone else uses or is there a form to fill out?

Sorry for all the questions... I can only access the site from my mobile phone and that may be part of the challenge.

How do I find ROS referenced when someone posts a review?

That is available (and other info) for those with premium access. You get this via posting a a review and that review is approved to meet needed criteria, or you can pay for it...see "go Premium" menu option at the top

give us 48 hours after posting review for it to be processed.
