Which providers take "charge" of appointments

[Phrasing]

I'm interested with providers take charge during the appointment. I'm not talking dominant and I'm not talking rushing the appointment. I've had providers that come in, put down their things and attack my face with kisses as a good hello and those who walk in and sit in the corner all nervous.

So for DFW providers, which ones take initiative...of course YMMV I understand.

Some providers go with the flow, some have to be brought out of their shells, and others come in bringing the fun...looking for the last one
