it's what used to be called 1/2 and 1/2. half oral and half intercourse.
it was standard operating procedure at many of the Nevada brothels.

cant say that i've specifically seen it listed here in dallas.

BNG is more about services than time.

but, like may TLAs and FLAs in our crazy sub-culture, there are lots of definitions of those acronyms.

I believe it is prevalent here, mostly with long time ATF/regulars who understand the need for the QV on occassian. ( and a well deserved TY ) Then it's back to the hours, etc.
