Nature and Extent of Misconduct
House Democrats Drop Ukraine Impeachment Report
House Democrats Drop Ukraine Impeachment Report https://n.pr/2P3ODXv
Quote:
The report is divided into two sections — one what the report calls the Ukraine "scheme" and one on obstruction. The report argues that "scheme" was conducted with the "knowledge and approval" of senior administration figures including Secretary of State Pompeo, former Energy Secretary Rick Perry and Acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney. No specific articles of impeachment or impeachable offenses are named in the report.
"Today, we may be witnessing a collision between the power of a remedy meant to curb presidential misconduct and the power of faction determined to defend against the use of that remedy on a president of the same party," the Democrats write. "But perhaps even more corrosive to our democratic system of governance, the President and his allies are making a comprehensive attack on the very idea of fact and truth. How can a democracy survive without acceptance of a common set of experiences?"
In releasing the report, the majority on the House Intelligence Committee, led by Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., wants to set the stage for a hearing scheduled Wednesday in the House Judiciary Committee.

Here's a better link? Hopefully.
Read the House Intelligence Committee report here
The record of the phone calls are going to be hard to brush aside. Will Rudy, and his insurance policy (who, or what, ever that might be) testify?

Clam down, there’s still articles to be written and votes to be taken.
Here’s where I say “ told ya so” months ago, and here you are dumbfounded as to why.

That’s right this isn’t a court of law, it’s a political process under the authority of the Constitution of the United States Of America to reign in a lawless president and his mob.

A Political Process still has to be in accordance with the rule of law and abide by all aspects of the Constitution. Since this Impeachment Process has been handled by morons that have been side stepping the protocols of the Impeachment Process it will imminently fail.

He deserves another term because there isn't a candidate running that can do the job as president better.
