Questions in regards to getting started again

I'm not new to this I joined in 2013 but because I stoped being active in 2016 I'm not consider a verified provider I sent my ID and pic of myself 3 times to eccievp.verify@gmail.com and no response that was 3 days ago. I also still have reviews but I deleted my Show Case. I'm so confused of what I need to do. Until then I'm on another site called my providers. I don't even remember where to go to find the person in charge of my metro area. Any suggestions is very appreciated

I am sory for the delay. I am hoping the admin staff gets to your age verification request today or tomorrow. If you don't hear from the verification staff by 5:00 PM tomorrow, Monday, entier send an email or a pm to me and I will chase your case down.
